Payment

To initiate our services, payment is required before we commence work. We offer various payment methods, including cash, check, credit/debit card, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.

Process Ownership

Throughout the purging, sorting, and organizing of items, you, as the client, maintain ownership of the process. It is your decision-making that guides our actions.

Time Estimate

Our sessions typically span 3 to 4 hours within a 30-minute arrival time frame. Lavender Organizes sessions are scheduled from 10 am to 1 pm/2 pm or 3 pm to 6/7 pm.

Arrival Time Window Clause

The Client and the Organizer acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays in the arrival of the Organizer to scheduled sessions. In recognition of the nature of the home industry and the potential for unforeseen circumstances, the parties agree to a 30-minute arrival window beyond the scheduled session start time.
